B-Sharp Property Maintenance also offers unscreened fill dirt.
Unscreened fill dirt is made of subsoil, topsoil, plant material, rocks, clay, sand, and roots. This material is usually put through a screener then mixed with our peat moss to make our garden soil. The subsoil is the part of soil located beneath your topsoil. Fill dirt is good to use when filling in holes or changing the grading of your property. It typically has little to no organic organisms. You want your fill dirt to have little to no organic material because organic material decomposes and when this happens it causes the area to settle.
