Clean up Expectation

For Raking & Vacuuming: the surface upon which the leaves are piled will be raked and blown clean by B-Sharp Property Maintenance. While it is our goal to leave these areas cleaner than the rest of your yard however, a few lonely leaves may remain. NOTE: Decomposed or partially decomposed leaves can become buried under soil, grass, plants, rocks, etc. Under these circumstances, the decomposed leaves and dirt will not be removed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a quote for a clean up?

We do not give estmint on fall clean up. All of our jobs are done you the man hour for blowing and by the minute to vacuum up the leaves.

Should I tip the pick-up crew?

Our drivers can accept tips should you feel they have provided excellent service.

How do I pay?

You will be invoiced after your service has been completed. At which time you may mail in a check. We do accept credit card but a fee does apply when paying with a card.

CONCEALED CONTINGENCIES

The subsurface integrity of the Client’s driveway is always unknown. Therefore, B-Sharp Property Maintenance will not be held responsible for damages to the driveway resulting from heavy equipment and trucks.B-Sharp is not responsible for any damages to items in our work area such as retaining walls, lighting, electrical, water, or sprinklers.

We recently selected B-Sharp to complete a project that encompassed removing one tree, chipping and removing that and other trees, bringing in top soil, planting four new trees and planting seed to complete the work.The entire project was flawless. The crew, under the direction of Harry Patterson, were some of the kindest and most respectful men we've had the pleasure of working with. The job was completed as promised and is a beautiful addition to our landscape. Thank you so much Harry and crew!!!!

We had a huge tree down across our driveway, and they were at our home in just a few hours within our call to perfectly clean up as if nothing had ever happened! We have been using the professional services of B-Sharp Property Maintenance for several years and would never think for a minute of using someone else. Our property has a steep embankment in our backyard. For years my husband and I would mulch this ourselves, taking several days to do the job. As soon as I discovered B-Sharp they have taken care of this task for us. The technique of spreading the mulch, approx 5 yards of premium brown mulch, is amazing. They also do all of our edging, and do a great job of cleaning up. The crew is a great group of men who are truly professionals. I would highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact our neighbors contracted with them this year and are extremely pleased with the great workmanship.

The office told me I’d be happy with the work.,.they were wrong. I AM DELIGHTED!! Our mower broke down and we were the only lawn on our street that hadn’t been mowed. I've been buying mulch from B-Sharp for many years. Their double dark mulch is excellent quality, and significantly less expensive than the large nurseries in the area. Their mulch delivery fee is also lower! After years of doing it myself, this year I took the plunge and had them not only deliver my mulch, but spread it too. They were as careful as I am, and did a high quality job. Their three person crew spread 4 yards of mulch in about 1.5 hours, which normally takes me 8 hours to do. For only $100 extra than the mulch and delivery fee, I was able to sit and relax and watch them shovel, spread, and rake my 4 yards of mulch. They used a tarp to cover the drive where they transferred mulch from the truck to the wheelbarrow, and a blower to clean up, so there was no mulch stain on the driveway from the mulch pile like I usually have. The best part is that I didn't have to get dirty, sweaty, and be sore for three days. I highly recommend them.

We have 8 yards of mulch delivered each spring, and they always dump it exactly where its supposed to go. Great prices and good service! When I need wood chips for our chickens I pick it up cheap from them and they do a great job loading.

I have been buying mulch at B Sharp for a number of years. They have the best prices in the area. I was doing some tree trimming recently and due to a miscalculation dropped a large limb on the roof of my house. It was too large for me to deal with and I did not want to damage the roof. I recalled that B Sharp also does tree work so I called. The owner came out himself to assess the situation within a half hour of my call. He left to gather what he thought he would need and came back with a helper and removed the large limb without damaging my roof. The work was quick, professional and the price was very reasonable. I now have B Sharp on speed dial.
